Corn' or 'Makka'
this is a very interesting ingredientand is famous all over the world,
And when you roast it on the coal and add somechaat masala and lemon juice to it,
it tastes amazing!
But at times I have observed that this feels a little dry
Today's recipe of 'Corn Makhan Malai'is roasted corn only,
but there is one step which imparts a lot of flavour to it,
Also, it will add a buttery creamy feel
First of all,
we will boil the corn,
What will happen while boiling is, the cornwill become very moist and juicy
But to boil the corn we will use milk,
as well as water,
We will also add butter to this
as when we take a bite into the corn it is juicy, creamy soft and there is a flavor of butter in it,
We will also add a pinch of salt to it,
As this comes to a boil, we will add the corn to it,
In the meantime, until it comes to a boil,
we will prepare marination for this,
To prepare this marination or itstopping we will add some cream,
some red chilly powder,
and some chaat masala,
The main flavor will come from the chaat masala, Next, we will squeeze some lemon,
We will now add to it a generous pinch of salt,
We will mix it nicely,
The water and milk have come to a boil,
Now we have these corns,which we have cleaned already,

Turn the flame to low,
Now we will have to boil it for about half-an-hour,
Let's check on this,
Beautiful! It has been around half-an-hourand the corn is now quite juicy,
A layer of thick milk has also stuckon the surface of the corn, This is brilliant!

Once again, we have turned on the gas knob,
If you may want you can roast iton the gas flame directly,
We will take the first one,
Now because this is already cooked,we just have to give this a black color,
So we will now cook this on a high flame,
This is on a quick flame, just to givethe corn a nice color,
This is now roasted completely,
Look at that beautiful!
Now just when it is nice and hot, at the same time
we will rub our marination onto the corn,
As and when the cream will settle onthe warm surface, it will melt,
We will cut one corn into small round pieces,
It's really easy because the corn is already boiled,
It won't be very difficult to cut it into pieces,
This is our second corn roundel,We will add some chopped cilantro on it,
Lemon, just in case, someone, needs a little more salt,
